Better Health Clinic offers holistic health services to promote better health for people of all ages.
We offer a variety of services to help address a large spectrum of ailments and dysfunctions. We try to treat each patient with a holistic approach; body, mind, and spirit. We consider the whole person and try to tackle the cause of the problem. We work together as a team to ensure that each patient's specific needs are met.

Stacey Ayres, RMT
Stacey is the owner of Better Health Clinic. She is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and has been practicing massage therapy in Orangeville since 2005.
She graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. She is currently studying osteopathy and is beginning her 5th year at the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Toronto.
She has had experience working with children, elderly, pregnant women, athletes, motor vehicle accident victims and post-surgery rehabilitation patients. She uses a variety of manual techniques with an osteopathic approach to treat the concerns of each patient. In addition to traditional massage therapy she uses many advanced techniques including: craniosacral therapy, joint mobilizations, myofascial release and unwinding, muscle energy, and visceral manipulation .
Sandra Fripps, RMT
Sandra graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2004. She has been practicing Massage Therapy in the Orangeville since she graduated. She formaly worked at a physiotherapy clinic where she gained experience and specialization in helping patients rehabilitate from injuries and set backs. Sandra is very devoted to her practice and cares for each one of her patients. For that reason she makes herself available seven days a week to help accommodate those in need.
Kathy Shackleton: Nutritionist, RNCP RHN
Kathy, a 2005 graduate of the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, is also a Registered Nutritional Consultant and a member of the International Organization of Nutritional Consultants.
She has a life-long interest in the natural health healing arts and is committed to sharing her passion for holistic wellness. Kathy believes that food can be used to enhance health; for example, our ability to metabolize food is as important as what we choose to eat. Even normally healthy, nutritious food is of limited value when digestive power is weak! Kathy develops close working relationships with her clients to address health concerns and enhance overall well being.

Donna Keller, RRPr, Reflexologist Member of the Reflexology Registration Council of Ontario
She has been studying and practicing reflexology since 1997 and is a certified and registered foot reflexologist with the Ontario College of Reflexology. Donna can testify through her hands on practice that reflexology can help people control daily stress. She has achieved good results in helping people through reflexology with digestive issues, insomnia, plantar fasciitis and many other health issues. Her expertise is in reducing stress, improving circulation, and bringing awareness through reflexology.
Donna is very passionate about reflexology and believes that she has made a difference in many lives throughout years of practice. She will continue to provide business excellence to achieve the best possible results.
