Butternut Squash Bake
Savory butternut with candied pecans. Yummy!!!

Ingredients
- 1 Red onion, chopped
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1 cup candied pecans
- 1/2 cup chevre goat cheese
- 1 small butternut squash, roasted
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tbsp coconut oil, melted
Directions
Cook onions in a pan with oil caramelized.
Roast butternut squash in oven at 350 degrees F for 45-60 minutes depending on size.
Once cooled, gut the squash and cut butternut squash into small cubes.
Combine squash with onions, chopped apple, and pecans.
Drizzle with coconut oil and cinnamon.
Add goat cheese and serve.
