Dill Pickle Dressing/Dip
Who doesn’t like a tasty dill pickle! How about a dressing or an awesome veggie/chip dip, that is super easy to make? Try this out!

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 large dill pickles
- 2-4 tbsp dried or fresh dill
- 1-2 fresh squeezed lemons
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- ¼ cup coconut aminos OR 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Avocado oil till thicken
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender except avocado oil
Start blending and slowly add avocado oil till thickened - (if making a dip keep adding avo oil till the desired thickness if making a dressing then add less avo oil)
Taste and see if it needs a bit more of anything like salt or dill
