Warming Ginger Green Soup
Anti-inflammatory ginger and turmeric with delicious immune-boosting onion and broccoli.

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Water
- 4 Cups chopped broccoli
- 1 Cup chopped red onion
- 1 Cup chopped celery
- 4 Cups vegetable broth
- 1 Cup spinach (tightly packed)
- 2 TBSP finely chopped ginger root
- 1 TBSP tamari
- 1/2 TSP cumin
- 1/2 TSP turmeric
- 1/2 TSP sea salt or Himalayan salt
- 1 TBSP lemon juice
- 1/2 Avocado
Directions
Lightly steam broccoli, onion and celery in water for 10 minutes. Add steamed veggies and all remaining ingrediencies except avocados to a large pot and puree with hand held blender or food processor. Add the avocado at the very end. Enjoy!
