Ingredients
- 3 cups nut milk of choice
- 1 cup frozen berries (blueberries, mixed berries)
- 1 fresh bananas
- 2 handfuls spinach
- ½ ripe avocado
- 4 scoops grass-fed collagen protein – or protein of your choice
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp of freshly ground flax seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground vanilla - optional
- ¼ tsp Himalayan salt
- 2 Tbsp coconut or MCT oil
- ½ tsp ground vanilla – optional
- 1 tsp raw cacao powder – optional
