Bulletproof Healthy Hot Chocolate!

Ingredients

  • ~ 4 cups coconut milk or almond
  • ~ 2 tablespoons real cacao powder OR Bulletproof hot chocolate mix
  • ~ ½ tablespoon of cinnamon
  • ~ 1 tablespoon grass-fed or organic butter
  • ~ 1 tablespoon bulletproof XCT oil
  • ~ ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • ~ 4 dates
  • 1 Can of coconut cream (optional)

Directions

~Heat the coconut milk, cinnamon, cacao powder, XCT and butter on the stove till hot

~Blend the hot coconut milk with the rest of the ingredients in a blender till well combined and enjoy!

~Add some coconut cream to the top - get a can of coconut cream, place only the cream in a bowl whisk in 2 TBS icing sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. Serve on top of hot chocolate. YUM!
