Hannah’s Kale Chips

Ingredients

  • 2 heads of curly or dino kale
  • 1 cup chopped nuts of your choosing (I like walnuts)
  • 1 1/2 cups of the best olive oil you can find (no clear bottle olive oils)
  • 1 Tsp Himalayan salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 290, line a few baking sheets with parchment paper
Rip the kale into bite-size pieces and place into a big bowl (try to avoid use of the stem)
Grind nuts into the coarse sand like pieces, place in a small bowl add olive oil, and salt.
Mix up and add to the kale pieces. mix well with your hands take care to massage it gently into all the kale pieces
Place kale pieces (not overlapping) onto baking sheet bake for 10 min then take out and flip each one, and back for another 5 min, till crispy (approx 15 min)
