Nutritional Counselling
Nutritional counselling is based on assessment and recommendations of the individual person’s needs. Nutritional counseling involves balancing the body’s systems so the body has the opportunity to heal itself. The Nutritionist guides healthy eating choices until they become healthy habits. The Nutritionist is also skilled to address issues that may be stemming from toxins or a PH imbalance within the body.
